By accessing or using AuctionIQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

AuctionIQ is intended for users who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority where they live.

AuctionIQ provides fantasy football auction draft preparation, simulator, valuation, keeper, trade, roster, and league analysis tools.

Recommendations, projected values, grades, and analysis are informational only. They are not guarantees of fantasy results, league outcomes, or financial value.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

If you connect Yahoo, Sleeper, or another fantasy platform, you authorize AuctionIQ to access league data needed to provide the service. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies.

Some features require paid access, such as a Draft Pass, Season Pass, or other plan offered at checkout.

Recurring subscriptions renew until canceled. One-time passes provide access for the stated access period. Prices, features, and plan availability may change prospectively.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable.

You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, scrape or resell data, reverse engineer the application, interfere with security controls, or use AuctionIQ for unlawful activity.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these terms, creates risk for other users, or harms the service.

AuctionIQ, including its software, design, branding, and generated product experience, is owned by us or our licensors.

You retain ownership of information you provide, but grant us permission to use it as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

AuctionIQ relies on third-party services including hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, error monitoring, email, and fantasy platform APIs.

We are not responsible for third-party services, data availability, API changes, league platform outages, or content provided by those services.

AuctionIQ is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AuctionIQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or fantasy league outcomes.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice.

Continued use of AuctionIQ after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
